What You'll Learn

What is stress, and how does the body respond to it?  Understanding this will help you manage stress, recharge your energy and recover more quickly from illness and injury.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for people who want more control over their own life and health and that of their family and friends.
This is an introductory level workshop, so there are no prerequisites or prior knowledge required.

You're interested in health and you like helping others feel better too.  You're curious and you like to explore the physical, mental and emotional aspects of life. 

You want a new way of looking at things and a different approach to reducing the stress in your life and in the life of those you love.

You may already be in the health field ~ nurse, massage therapist, health practitioner??

You may have children in your life that you want to help ~ a parent or teacher perhaps?

You may even believe that there's more to living life and being healthy than just "popping a pill" to make things feel better.

If this sounds like you... you'll LOVE what we share at this workshop!  You never know, it may just open up a whole new world for you (just like it did for me back in 2005).

What to bring

  • One or two pens
  • Your favourite highlighters
  • Post-it notes if you like using tabs
  • A note book
  • For Rockhampton/Gladstone workshops... please bring your own lunch!  😉  
      We'll take a short 30min break to replenish ourselves 

What to wear:  Cool, comfortable, casual clothes (Ladies... avoid skirts/dresses ~ shorts or slacks suit better).  Shoes that are easy to put on/take off.  Perhaps a light cardi if you get cold in air-conditioning.

Food & Beverages:  Bring your own water bottle to keep yourself hydrated.  Coffee and teas will be provided.   Please bring your own lunch.
